BPW’s Defiant

When it comes to expressing feelings of defiance, one powerful medium is color! This was the driving inspiration behind the graphics I designed for this month’s showcase of Battleground Pro Wrestling. I wanted to create visuals that not only represented the intensity and passion of the sport but also challenged the conventional aesthetics often associated with professional wrestling.

To achieve this, I chose a palette of vibrant colors that evoke strong emotions and energy, seamlessly blending them with the bold attitudes typical of wrestling culture. The combination of striking hues and dynamic designs showcases the fierce spirit and individuality of the wrestlers, contrasting sharply with the standard, more subdued graphics frequently seen in the industry.

In essence, these graphics serve as a bold statement, reflecting a unique perspective on what it means to be defiant in the world of pro wrestling. By stepping away from typical color schemes and embracing a more expressive approach, I believe these designs not only capture attention but also resonate with fans in a fresh and meaningful way.

Each show is associated with its own theme, which requires all other elements of the event to align accordingly. Some of these elements include a logo loop that displays continuously throughout the event and nameplate graphics for each of the featured talents.
